The hotel property was deluxe with magnificent and comfortable location short walk to the train station and high street. The pleasant staff gave good recommendations. Our room was new-fashioned and reasonably spacious, included an electric kettle, central heating, and multi-channel TV. We really enjoyed having a walk-in shower.

spacious family room with great features
The family room is quite spacious and has a modern design that makes it feel cute. I appreciated the cleanliness and the comfort of the soft beds with a restful night's sleep.
The motel label may lead some to doubt its quality.

Consider bringing your own snacks since the honesty box options are limited, and local cafes open late for breakfast.

Excellent location and clean rooms
The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the train station and the main high street, with access to local attractions. The honesty box of snacks was a unique touch. It would have been nice if they offered some dining options on-site.

Good budget spot!
We found this place when most hotels were fully booked, and it turned out to be pretty decent! The modern rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly, and it's right by the train station. The bar area is nice for a drink, but they don't serve breakfast, a bummer for early risers like us.

This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, tv, and bar/lounge area provide everything I need. The friendly staff even helped with my evening plans on my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy weekend getaway.

Clean rooms with a nicely decorated atmosphere create a pleasant stay. The honesty box filled with snacks adds a personal touch that's often missing elsewhere.
The pricing felt steep for what you actually get-£180 for a triple room isn't exactly suited to a so-called four-star experience. Noise from the bar and the lack of sound insulation can disrupt your peace, especially if you end up near the entrance. Self-checkout made leaving cumbersome since there's no luggage storage. Carrying bags around was not ideal, especially with nearby options limited.

The beach room was modern and beautifully decorated, with a king-size bed. Onsite parking and proximity to the train station enhanced convenience. The service was really good, particularly at Spencer's Bar with a great atmosphere. The well-stocked honesty box of snacks was a good touch, though the breakfast options were somewhat limited.

I stayed here for one night during a recent trip to rye, and it exceeded my expectations. The spacious superior triple room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Only a short walk to the train station and the heart of rye, it was perfect for exploring.
the bar didn't offer any food options.

Super cozy stay!
Super nice team, especially when I needed help with my bags. The room had a lovely smell and was really clean, bright and spacious. The bar area was nice, but the chair in the room was pretty gross with leftover food. Still, I'd recommend it for the comfy beds and chill vibes.

The location was perfect for visiting the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park and enjoying the local charm. Each room is well-decorated, and the staff are super friendly. There's convenient parking too, a plus for road trips. Don't miss Spencer's Bar for a fun night after exploring the area!
The only downside was not being able to leave our luggage at the reception after checkout. We had to carry our bags around which wasn't ideal, especially with limited storage options nearby.
